When a page is requested, the origin server and Cloudflare as CDN, WAF, DDoS protection and DNS provider process data including IP address, time, URL, HTTP headers, user agent and security signals. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under its applicable safeguards.

3. Contact enquiries

The form processes name, selected contact channel, contact detail, service interest, message, language, domain, IP address, user agent and security-check result. The enquiry is stored in MySQL and sent by email to [email protected]. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

5. Local storage and analytics

Technically required preferences such as theme and consent state are stored locally in the browser (keys theme and smg_consent_v1). No separate web analytics or advertising tracker was identified in the audited production version.

6. Recipients

Recipients are limited to technical providers and administrators needed for hosting, security, database, backup and email operations. Data is not disclosed for third-party advertising.

7. Retention

8. Rights and supervision

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact: [email protected]. You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including the supervisory authority in North Rhine-Westphalia.
